Konkui Assistant

Konkui Assistant is a private chat with Konkui inside your dashboard. Ask it how your bot is doing, what needs attention, what your team should check today, or what happened in recent background jobs, and it answers from your workspace's live status. It explains what to do next; it does not change dashboard settings from this chat.

Every member of the workspace can use it, Admins and Staff alike. Each person has their own private thread, scoped to the workspace you are in.

Where to find it

Open Konkui Assistant in the left sidebar. It is always shown; there is no tab-visibility toggle for it.

Start a conversation

When your thread is empty, Konkui asks What would you like to check? and offers four starters:

Starter	What it asks
Check bot health	A concise overview of what is working and what needs attention.
Review recent jobs	The most important recent job activity and pending work.
Check team coverage	What your team should check today.
Visual health report	A short status report as a table, with a small diagram when it helps.

You can also type any question about your bots, channels, knowledge, team coverage, billing or recent jobs. Ask for a comparison table or a diagram when a visual explanation would be clearer.

The chat

Item	What it does	Notes
Chat with Konkui	The header of your Private organization chat.	Nobody else in the workspace sees your thread.
Your access	Shows whether you are signed in as an administrator or a member.	Your role is checked again for every reply. Admins can also get detailed settings; members get the general status and listings.
Clear chat	Deletes your thread's history after you confirm.	Cannot be undone. The next message starts a fresh conversation.
Resume saved message	Appears if a message you sent was saved but has not started processing, for example after a reload.	Clear the chat instead to discard it.

Reviewed changes

Admins also see a Reviewed changes panel above the chat. It lists changes that were prepared for your approval through Konkui's assistant on LINE, such as creating or editing an FAQ, together with your Private command history.

Action	What it does
Confirm this exact change	Applies the change exactly as shown, with a before-and-after view.
Reject	Declines the change.
Prepare an undo for review	After a change is applied, prepares a reversal that you review and confirm the same way.
Refresh receipts	Reloads the current status of each change.

Each change shows its status: Awaiting your confirmation, Applied, Rejected, Review expired or Outcome unknown. If the panel says new changes and approvals are paused, you can still read existing receipts.
