Hermes Agent (B2C) Documentation

Built for individual users who want a trusted AI assistant in daily chat — with useful automation, memory, and transparent usage controls.

Updated June 5, 2026

Overview

Hermes is the B2C personal AI assistant product in the Konkui family. It is built to help customers get reliable chat support in their own language and reduce manual routine tasks.

These docs focus on outcomes for users and support teams, not on internal orchestrator internals.

Who should use this

Choose Hermes if you are a consumer-facing user who wants an always-on assistant for planning, reminders, and message handling.

Choose the B2B product if you run a support team and need channel bots for customer service, CS handoff, and org-level policies.

What Hermes includes

Messenger-native assistant

Runs where your users already are (LINE, Telegram), with natural Thai/English replies.

Personal memory

Keeps context across conversations so the assistant sounds consistent and relevant.

Hands-off reminders

Supports scheduling, follow-ups, and recurring prompts in a personal use context.

Wallet guardrails

Usage and costs are managed through one prepaid experience, with clear activity history.

Get started

  1. Sign in with your user account and open the Hermes workspace.
  2. Connect at least one messenger channel (LINE or Telegram).
  3. Define assistant personality, language style, and response constraints.
  4. Create a small test scenario and run a soft launch with internal users.
  5. Enable wallet top-up and begin production rollout.

Example persona

{
  "persona": "friendly Thai-English concierge",
  "behavior": ["concise", "fact-checking", "no speculation"],
  "handoff": "human_if_sensitive",
  "language": ["th", "en"]
}

For production, keep the behavior rules strict and test edge cases before sharing with all user groups.

Daily usage model

Pay-as-you-go with usage visibility

Use a prepaid wallet to control spend and keep usage predictable. Wallet activity is reflected in account history and can be reviewed in the dashboard. For high-volume users, enterprise-style limits can be discussed via sales.

  • Top up when needed through the standard secure checkout flow.
  • Keep usage alerts on for sudden spikes or unexpected sessions.
  • Use the history page to reconcile assistant sessions and manual corrections.

What Hermes should not do

Not for regulated workflows

Do not rely on it for legal, medical, or high-risk final decisions without dedicated validation.

Not a replacement for staff

Keep clear escalation to human support for disputes, refunds, and account-critical actions.
